W Egipcie zmarły w zaświatach, po drodze pełnej niebezpieczeństw, przybywał do miejsca, które było lustrzanym odbiciem jego życia na ziemi. Była to przestrzeń, w której nic się nie psuło, a praca nie męczyła. Jest to pewnego rodzaju wspólna uniwersalna myśl gatunku ludzkiego o utopijnej krainie szczęścia, ale także o miejscu utraconym z winy nas samych.

The notion of Paradise or the golden period of mankind, without suffering and starvation is found in many cultures. In Egypt, the deceased in the hereafter, after a journey full of dangers, would arrive at a place that was a mirror image of his life on earth. It was a space where nothing spoiled and work did not tire. This is a kind of common universal thought of the human species about a utopian land of happiness, but also about a place lost through the fault of ourselves.
